We are seeking a Psychiatrist (MD or DO) specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health to join a dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and behavioral health interventions.
Provide pediatric psychiatric care for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities or trauma-related conditions.
Manage psychiatric crises and emergencies, applying effective crisis intervention strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, and patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and addiction counseling.
Provide care through telehealth platforms to expand access to psychiatric services.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations for complex mental health conditions, including geriatric and behavioral health disorders.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, psychiatry principles, and behavioral health treatment approaches.
Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
Background in inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care.
Expertise in crisis management and psychiatric emergency response.
Familiarity with medical documentation, patient record management, and HIPAA compliance.
Experience with patient intake, diagnostic evaluation, and clinical data collection.
Ability to treat individuals with developmental disabilities, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders.
Experience delivering psychotherapy modalities, including psychodynamic therapy and behavioral interventions.
Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote psychiatric care.
