Position Highlights

  • 100% Outpatient Psychiatry

  • Child & Adolescent Psychiatry focus

  • Monday–Friday schedule | No call

  • Optional 4-day work week

  • 32 clinical hours + 8 administrative hours weekly

  • Faculty appointment with rank based on experience

  • Protected time for teaching and mentorship

  • Residency program expanding to 30 residents

  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary behavioral health team

Compensation & Benefits

  • $350,000 base salary

  • Up to $419,000 total compensation

  • $25,000 sign-on bonus

  • Up to $20,000 relocation assistance

  • Two-year income guarantee + RVU incentives

  • 43 days PTO

  • CME allowance

  • 403(b) with employer match

Academic Environment
