Compensation: $140,000 โ $150,000 annually
About the Role:
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric care for pediatric and adolescent patients. This hybrid role offers flexibility with a mix of in-person and virtual care within an integrated behavioral health model, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on young patientsโ mental health.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients under 18

Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care

Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, primary care providers, and school-based teams

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Participate in care coordination and case conferences

Support program development for pediatric and adolescent mental health services
Qualifications:
Required:
-
MD or DO degree
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
-
Active, unrestricted New York State medical license
-
DEA license (Suboxone waiver or willingness to obtain)

Minimum 3 years of experience with pediatric populations

Comfortable with telehealth platforms and hybrid care models
Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience in community health, FQHCs, or underserved urban settings
