• Seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

• Multispecialty group–employed role

• Hybrid schedule: combination of in-office and virtual care

• Hiring due to continued expansion of Behavioral Health services

This is an opportunity to join a growing Behavioral Health Department within a physician-led, patient-centric multispecialty group. The Child Psychiatrist will treat pediatric patients through a hybrid model and collaborate closely with Primary Care and specialty providers.

The physician will work alongside a highly trained interdisciplinary team, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, Clinical Social Workers, Nurse Care Managers, and Psychiatry staff, while contributing to the growth and development of psychiatry programs across the organization.

• Provide direct patient care, including psychiatric evaluations and medication management for pediatric patients

• Deliver psychiatric consultations to Primary Care providers

• Educate physicians and nursing staff on psychiatric disorders and medication management within the primary care setting

• Assist in developing and expanding psychiatry services and programs to meet patient and provider needs

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated behavioral health care

• Salary range: $260,000 – $300,000

  • Compensation determined by experience, performance, quality metrics, and location

• 1+ year salary guarantee
