- Requirements: Board Certified in Psychiatry - Child and Adolescent, MA license, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, Child and Adolescent Certified CPI training required
- Fellowship Preferred
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
