Practice Overview
- Outpatient-focused Child and Adolescent Psychiatry role within a collaborative group practice
- Clinical autonomy to shape treatment plans with shared coverage to support continuity of care
- Multidisciplinary team, including child therapists, psychiatric nurses, and dedicated support staff
- Strong clinical leadership support, including access to the Chief Medical Officer
- Option to incorporate adult patients based on interest and experience
Schedule & Flexibility
- Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
- No call responsibilities
- Two days per week of telehealth are built into the schedule
- Practice model designed to support work-life balance
