Practice Overview

  • Outpatient-focused Child and Adolescent Psychiatry role within a collaborative group practice
  • Clinical autonomy to shape treatment plans with shared coverage to support continuity of care
  • Multidisciplinary team, including child therapists, psychiatric nurses, and dedicated support staff
  • Strong clinical leadership support, including access to the Chief Medical Officer
  • Option to incorporate adult patients based on interest and experience

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
  • No call responsibilities
  • Two days per week of telehealth are built into the schedule
  • Practice model designed to support work-life balance
