Adolescent Psychiatrist – Inpatient & IOP

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Franklin, Tennessee

A leading behavioral health organization in the Greater Nashville area is seeking a fellowship-trained Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join its adolescent treatment team in Franklin, TN. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-supported program with excellent resources, stable leadership, and a patient-first clinical culture.

Position Highlights

  • Employed, full-time opportunity

  • Monday–Friday schedule (on-site)

  • Adolescent caseload: ~14 patients/day

  • Mix of Inpatient (IP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

  • Unit Director role available for candidates seeking leadership

  • Strong interdisciplinary support: nursing, therapists, social work, admissions, and case management

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Daily rounding and treatment plan management

  • Psychiatric evaluations and admissions

  • Ongoing stabilization and medication management

  • Leading treatment team meetings

  • Collaboration with clinical leadership and administrative teams

  • Optional clinical leadership and program development duties with Unit Director role

Requirements

  • MD or DO with completed Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible

  • Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure

  • Ability to work a full-time, Monday–Friday on-site schedule
