THE OPPORTUNITY
StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a behavioral health team at a community medical center west of Boston. • Full-time, days only — Monday through Friday
• No weekends, no on-call
• 17-bed inpatient child/adolescent psychiatry unit
• Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments (ages 3–17)
• Evidence-based treatment planning and medication management
• Collaboration with therapists, social workers, PCPs, educators, and families
• Crisis intervention and risk assessment
• Participation in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Competitive base salary with productivity incentives
• Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability
• Malpractice coverage with tail protection
• 401(k) with employer match
• CME allowance and dedicated conference time
• Generous PTO
• Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available
REQUIREMENTS
• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain
THE LOCATION — Natick, MA (Greater Boston)
Natick is one of Greater Boston's most sought-after suburbs — a town where excellent public schools, charming downtown shops and restaurants along Route 27, and easy Commuter Rail access to downtown Boston converge. The Natick Mall anchors regional shopping, Lake Cochituate State Park offers summer swimming and kayaking, and the town's trail network provides year-round walking and cycling. You're 20 minutes from the innovation corridor of Cambridge, 30 minutes from Boston's world-class hospitals and cultural institutions, and surrounded by the kind of New England charm — stone walls, autumn foliage, colonial architecture — that makes this region irreplaceable. Western suburbs like Wellesley, Dover, and Sherborn are minutes away.
