Job description
We are seeking a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and their families. This role includes performing psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Prescribe and manage medications while monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
Collaborate with therapists, social workers, primary care providers, educators, and family members.
Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
