Clinical Duties / Requirements-
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations

Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans
-
Maintain documentation in accordance with Medicare standards
-
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws
-
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
-
Prepare clear and accurate patient records, reports, and correspondence
-
12–14 patients per day
-
Child psychiatrists will treat both children and adults
-
Appointment lengths:
-
New patients: 60 minutes
-
Follow-up visits: 15–45 minutes
-

Strong support from medical assistants and billers
-
Robust workflows for EMR, prior authorizations, prescriptions, and labs
-
Onsite TMS program (10 patients/day)
-
Excellent peer collaboration and mentorship opportunities
-
Psychiatrists share vacation/sick coverage for colleagues
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
-
Completed an ACGME-approved psychiatry residency
-
Valid DEA
-
Current California medical license, with clean background
-
Preferred: Comfort using EMR, e-prescribing, dictation, and template-based documentation

Base Salary: $300,000 Productivity Bonus: Up to $60,000/year (paid quarterly) Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Relocation: $5,000 CME Reimbursement: $1,500 + 2 education days
