Position Overview
Alina Telehealth is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child Psychiatrist licensed in New York to provide outpatient telepsychiatry services.
This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling, low patient volume, and a meaningful chance to make an impact on children’s and adolescents’ mental health.
Schedule

Minimum 16 hours per week (flexible)

Clinic Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST

Can be scheduled across 2 full days (preferred: Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Monday–Friday availability
Responsibilities

Conduct outpatient telepsychiatry evaluations and follow-ups for patients aged 5 and above

Provide diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management

Document patient encounters in Meditech EMR

Submit prescriptions electronically through Accumedic

Handle cases including depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation, ensuring compassionate and evidence-based care

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team as needed
Requirements

Active and unrestricted New York Medical License

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) preferred

Comfortable with remote EMR systems (Meditech, Accumedic)

Strong commitment to patient-centered, ethical psychiatric care
