We are seeking a full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the largest freestanding children’s behavioral health hospital in Northeast Ohio. This employed role offers flexible scheduling, strong compensation, and a highly supportive team environment, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care to children and adolescents in a collaborative setting.

Quick Facts

  • Schedule / Hours: Monday–Friday; flexibility available

  • Call: As assigned

  • Patient Volume: Inpatient and residential-focused

  • Location: Youngstown / Liberty Township, OH

  • Practice Setting: Inpatient Psychiatry & Residential Treatment Programs

  • Support / Care Team: Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Therapists, Nurses, Care Coordinators

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric care to children and adolescents in inpatient and residential settings

  • Conduct admissions, discharges, and ongoing care management

  • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, therapists, nursing, and support staff

  • Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities and document care

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

  • MD or DO from an accredited program

  • Active or eligible Ohio medical license
