Practice Details

  • Full-spectrum psychiatry position serving child, adolescent, and adult patients
  • Integrated model combining inpatient and outpatient care
  • Join a behavioral health team of four psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Providers, and a psychologist

Schedule

  • Predictable daily structure with inpatient rounding beginning at 8:30 am
  • Outpatient clinic scheduled mid-day
  • Early wrap-up on Fridays
  • Schedule designed to support balance and sustainability

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary starting at $280,000+
  • 30 days of paid time off plus 5 CME days
  • $5,000 annual CME allowance
  • Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
  • Interest in child and adolescent psychiatry, with comfort treating adult patients
  • Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to care
