Permanent Child Psychiatrist Job – Albany, New York
Position Highlights:
--Location: Albany, NY | Setting: Residential treatment facility
--Population: Youth only (no adults)
--Schedule: Minimum 32 hours/week (4 days possible) | 2 weeks of call/month (shared with 2 other psychiatrists)
--Board Certified in General Psychiatry + Active New York License Required
--Primarily onsite (limited remote flexibility)
Responsibilities:
--Evaluate and treat youth in long-term residential care
--Medication management & treatment plan sign-offs
--Participate in clinical reviews and collaborate with treatment teams
--Support Assertive Treatment Program (ACT) as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
--Salary: $375K–$385K (includes call)
