Job description
We are seeking a full-time Board-Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an in-person role focused solely on outpatient care, serving children and adolescents in a supportive and high-quality clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psychiatric care including medication management and individual psychotherapy

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team offering psychological, psychiatric, and forensic services

Participate in call rotation (schedule to be determined)

Focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care supported by extensive clinical resources
Position Details:

Full-time, Monday through Friday

Telemedicine is not an option; this role requires on-site presence

Outpatient services only

No locum tenens candidates accepted

New graduates who are Board Eligible and plan to certify within one year are encouraged to apply

Visa sponsorship is not available

Candidates must have a clean malpractice record (no ongoing probate or supervision cases preferred)
Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (within 3 years of residency)

Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (required)

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Iowa

Clean malpractice record preferred
