This is a unique opportunity to join a respected, collaborative outpatient program serving a diverse pediatric population, including a significant Orthodox Jewish community. The team is smart, supportive, and fully staffed with psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers. They’re ready to welcome one more strong voice at the table.

This role is mostly remote, with just one required in-person day per week. Minimum commitment is 20 hours per week. Start date is flexible, but they're ready to move quickly for the right fit.

What Makes This Role Stand Out

  • Remote-first: Only one day a week required onsite in Brooklyn

  • Flexible hours: Part-time or full-time (minimum 20 hours/week)

  • 80/20 split: 80% clinical work, 20% protected time for supervision, development, or academic interests

  • Truly collaborative team: Weekly case conferences, peer consultation, and zero tolerance for toxic egos

  • Room to grow: Clinicians are supported in pursuing outside interests, including private practice

  • Mission-aligned: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to equity and access

What They're Looking For

  • MD (not DO)

  • Licensed in New York (or eligible by start date)

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

  • Recent or current experience working with the Orthodox Jewish community

  • Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and families in an outpatient setting

  • Clinically sharp, culturally aware, and a natural collaborator

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $300K–$350K depending on hours and experience

  • Loan repayment options: NHSC and PSLF eligible

  • Full-time benefits include:

    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
