Shift times: Generally 6 hrs of rounding starting at 8am. Once provider finishes rounding, they'll be on call until 8am the following day
Call requirements: 24 hr. telephone call coverage Sat and Sunday
Patients per day: 6- 12

Job Responsibilities
Foundation in adolescent development and family systems.
Ability to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with parents/guardians.
Experience in managing challenging behaviors in adolescent patients, utilizing therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques.
Experience in leading the multidisciplinary team, overseeing patient care, and providing guidance and supervision to other healthcare professionals.
