We are seeking a full-time or part-time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a residential treatment center in Portsmouth, Virginia. Patient Volume: Children & Adolescents (ages 5–17)

Practice Setting: Residential Treatment Center
Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary team including therapists, nursing staff, and clinical leadership

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children and adolescents in a residential setting
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, therapists, nursing, and support staff
• Conduct psychiatric admission evaluations and treatment planning
• Manage medication oversight and day-to-day clinical responsibilities
• Document patient care

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Active or eligible Virginia medical license
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
