- Hospital-employed seeks a compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented BE/BC Psychiatrist to join a growing and supportive care team
- Competitive total compensation of $325,000+, including RVU bonus potential and quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
- Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week, full-time, permanent
- Integrated outpatient Behavioral Health–Primary Care clinic
- Join 2 full-time physicians, 2 full-time nurse practitioners, and a team of LCSWs
- Average of 12–16 patients per day
- 1:1 clinical support staff; team-shared phone call coverage (for established patients only)
- EMR: EPIC

- Population: 35,000
