Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive suite of psychiatric services to a diverse clientele.
• Perform in-depth psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with best practice standards.
• Craft and refine clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Supervise and mentor healthcare students, fostering the next generation of innovative mental health professionals.
• Collaborate effectively with non-physician providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Engage in meaningful consultations with colleagues to enhance holistic patient care.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous development of our Performance Improvement Program.

Qualifications and Skills

• Medical Doctor degree with Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Adherence to the highest professional ethical standards, including upholding the Code of Ethics.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education.
• Maintained standing with relevant professional licensing bodies.
• Demonstrated cultural competency to effectively serve a diverse community.
• Exemplary communication skills to foster collaborative care environments.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
