Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive suite of psychiatric services to a diverse clientele.
- Perform in-depth psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with best practice standards.
- Craft and refine clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Supervise and mentor healthcare students, fostering the next generation of innovative mental health professionals.
- Collaborate effectively with non-physician providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Engage in meaningful consultations with colleagues to enhance holistic patient care.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous development of our Performance Improvement Program.
Qualifications and Skills
- Medical Doctor degree with Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
- Adherence to the highest professional ethical standards, including upholding the Code of Ethics.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education.
- Maintained standing with relevant professional licensing bodies.
- Demonstrated cultural competency to effectively serve a diverse community.
- Exemplary communication skills to foster collaborative care environments.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
