Job description W3Global is seeking a full-time or part-time Child Psychologist to join our growing outpatient team in Windsor, CT. The psychologist will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to build supportive care networks. The psychologist will also play a key role in early Autism program services. Additional opportunities include contributing to program development and providing clinical supervision to postdoctoral and student trainees.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments

Provide individual and/or group therapy to children and families

Play a key role in Autism diagnostic services for toddlers, supporting early diagnosis and intervention

Contribute to program development initiatives

Provide clinical supervision to postdoctoral and student trainees

Qualifications

A doctoral degree (PhD or Psy.D.) in psychology from an APA or CPA accredited program

Licensed or license-eligible in Connecticut

Strong diagnostic assessment and therapeutic skills

Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders, including ASD

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Working Hours

Hours:8:00AM-4:30PM(With some flexibility)
