A Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist is needed for a Hybrid Remote role in Lynchburg, VA

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range is $325,000 (for a very experienced candidate, salary may be negotiated above this range.)

Responsibilities:

• Full-time role: 4x10s or 5x8s.
• 4 day workweek is 2 days in office, 2 days remote. 5 day workweek is 2 days in office, 3 days remote.
• Part time role: 2 or 3 days a week, 50/50 split of in-office and remote.
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders
• Medication management
• One hour of admin time per day
• Provide some clinical oversight to PMHNPs (no evaluation required)
• 8 to 10 patients per day
• Clinic hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday
• No nights, no weekends, and no call.
• EMR system is Credible
• Reports directly to the Medical Director

Requirements:

• Clear and Active Medical License in the state of Virginia (or willing to obtain if out of state provider)
  • MD or DO
• Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
