STREAMWOOD BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SYSTEM is seeking to recruit a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the team for PHP/IOP Services.

• Monday-Friday schedule

• PHP/IOP Settings

• Child/Adolescent case load

• NO CALL requirement

• Duties include: Patient Care, Committee Participation, Collaborative Agreement with PMHNP, Peer Review

Job Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Child/Adolescent Psychiatr

• Current Illinois medical license, or ability to obtain
