Schedule:
Need is for one provider each for two different work sites.
Site would like candidates who have some in office availability, if possibile.
4 days a week would be roughly 8-6 (10 hours)
5 days a week would be ~8:30-5 (8 hours)
Minimum Board Certification: BE
EMR System: Epic
