A not-for-profit, physician-led health system in the Charlotte area is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join a growing practice with a tenured led staff. Come join an organization with strong community ties committed to a work life balance!
• Compensation package offers year 1 income of $340,000 - never ending base salary, quality incentive bonus, retention bonus, sign on, relocation bonuses
• A collaborative psychiatric team consisting of experienced Adult and Child Psychiatrists, PMHNP's, Licensed Social Workers, Counselors, and Psychologists
• Outpatient only with no weekends or call for a flexible work life balance!
• Great work life balance that provides flexible scheduling options in an inpatient/outpatient setting
