One of the nation's largest non-profit providers of community-based behavioral health care is hiring a supervisory full-time outpatient Child and/or Adolescent Psychiatrist.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Providers make their own schedule working 30-40 hours per week - choose hours between 7 am - 7pm
-Supervisory Psychiatrist to collaborate and oversee experienced Nurse Practitioners ongoing management of patient needs.
-Develop and lead staff education in psychiatry issues
-Split time between two locations in Nashville offering you a diverse patient population
-Dedicated 60-minute new patient intake sessions
-Light call one weekend a month, 0-3 phone calls for emergency medication
Compensation & Benefits:
-Competitive guaranteed base salary including a sign-on bonus
-Premium benefits package consisting of CME allowance, 403b retirement plan, and loan repayment
-Malpractice & tail coverage
Requirements:
-Board Certification or Eligibility in Child and/or Adult Psychiatry
-Must be eligible to obtain a Tennessee medical license or be currently licensed in practice in Tennessee
