Medstaff has a contract to provide Psychiatry coverage for the Military in Pensacola, FL. The position allows any state license!
Position Details:
- Start date is based on time for acceptance and credentialing (about 12-14 weeks)
- 12-month commitment plus extension
- M-F, daytime hours; no call, no weekends
- Provide comprehensive medical and advanced psychiatric treatments, within the scope of practice for a Psychiatrist for addictions, anxiety and depression. Includes coordinating care with other health care providers and providing consultative services pursuant to optimal health care delivery to chronic pain patients with psychiatric comorbidities.
- Includes consultation, management, monitoring evaluation and treatment.
- Participate in on-site tele-psychiatry and tele-consults
- Requires Board Certification in Psychiatry along with addiction treatment experience, any unrestricted State License, DEA and BLS
