A Physician specializing in Addiction Medicine is needed to provide locum coverage for a treatment center near Eau Claire, WI
Description:
- 2 months needed, maybe longer
- 7a-12noon, 3 days/week
- Flexible on days
- 10 patients/day
- Locums will handle H & Ps
- 1 other doctor on sites + a nurse & techs
- EMR is Smart-A
- 2 weeks to credential
Requirements:
- Active & unrestricted Wisconsin license & DEA
- BC/BE
- X-Waiver
