Addiction Psychiatry – Eastern North Carolina
Seeking a BE/BC Addiction Psychiatrist with experience to join a growing academic and clinical behavioral health program in eastern North Carolina.
Opportunity Highlights
- Inpatient and outpatient addiction-focused practice
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Phone-only call with residents as first line
- Academic role with teaching and resident supervision
- Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary addiction and psychiatry team

Candidate Requirements
- MD or equivalent
- Completion of accredited Psychiatry residency (or combined pathway)
- Board eligible/board certified in Addiction Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine
- Prior clinical experience in addiction treatment required
- Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure and DEA
- DATA 2000 waiver (or eligibility) required
