Schedule:
50% clinical and 50% administrative.
Administrative responsibilities will include leading care team meetings for the various community locations/programs and assisting with supervision of clinical training for fellows/residents/students
Patient Census - average of 5 patients per day
Monday - Friday - 8:30a – 5p
15 - 20 hours per week. Will need to be in the office in the mornings to see Spanish speaking patients and to do Treatment Plan Meetings. Flexible with how the hours are divided up per week but would need to be in house most mornings to see Spanish speaking patients.
MUST SPEAK SPANISH

Over 18 population (young adult program for 18-24 year olds and adult program for 25+)
Need provider ASAP
