MD or DO, board certification in psychiatry with an active Arizona license and DEA licensure in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a physician; 3 years management experience preferred.
Medical Director is responsible for establishing and overseeing psychiatric and addiction clinical practice for all behavioral health services Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
