We have a long-term tele-psychiatry opportunity to provide IP rounding, ED consults and call coverage support for a smaller healthcare system in Wyoming. Currently we have two weeks available per month – ideal for a physician looking to work 1 week a month during their weeks off or both! This is an excellent opportunity to support an under-served area and earn some excellent additional income. This is a low volume program with a consensus of 6, with many days having only 1-2 rounding patients per day and low volume calls overnight. We provide all equipment needed, malpractice insurance, excellent credentialing support and more!

Compensation for each shift will consist of an hourly rate for rounding, a consult rate for ED consults and a shift rate for call coverage.

Ideally, we are looking for providers who are interested in covering 3 weeks a month but are open to 1 week a month. Below are more details about this opportunity:

• Location – Wyoming
• Shiift is 8a-8a – 24 hours, have shifts open Mon-Sun
• Have 2 weeks available and will consider physicians who are looking to work a full week or 2 full weeks depending on availability.
• Breakdown of shift would include Physician meeting with team prior to starting IP rounding at 9AM MST. This role will also be on call for the ED and ICU during the day and night for consults, general on-call is 5pm – 8am.
• Full orders 8 bed unit (census is 6)
• Ages: 13+

Requirements:

• Active WY license ideal, or willing to get license, in WY takes about 4 weeks
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Ability to work a 24-hour shift and commit to shifts for a longer term
