Location: Philadelphia
Setting: 100% Outpatient Clinic
Dates: M-F (12 Month Commitment)
Demographics: All ages
Credentialing: 30 days
Schedule: "Our standard hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. However, we have extended hours on Monday and Tuesday to 8:00pm. The locum will have an option to start his shift late morning on Monday and/or Tuesday."
Additional Details: "Patients are scheduled 60 minutes for evaluations and 20 minutes for medication management visits. We use Netsmart's MyAvatar EMR system. The psychiatrist are assigned a support team which includes a medical assistant and a mental health worker. "
