DocStar Medical Partners is working with a great client in Syracuse, NY that is looking for a Locum Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist ASAP to help cover until a perm is hired!

Details:
- ASAP - ongoing until perm is hired
- Reason for need: Physician leaving practice, needing interim coverage until perm is hired
- M-F, 8 hour days
- No weekends, no call
- 12 patients per day
- 5 Psychiatrist in the group, 6 Mid-levels, 2 Psychologists
- No supervision of mid-levels/providers required, but needs to be able to collaborate with NP
- EMR: Epic
- No transfers
- Security on site
- Scope of practice: Office/clinic
- Required clinical areas: anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders
- Needs to be familiar with: pharmacotherapy, group therapy, parent education, family therapy, psychotherapy
- 2 month credentialing timeframe
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry - Required
- Fellowship trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry - Required
- Active NY license - Required
