Pennsylvania Department of Corrections – 26 State prisons, 1 motivational boot camp
Philadelphia Prison System – 6 County jails
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania including all Pennsylvania State Hospitals and various Bureaus of the Commonwealth.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Psychiatrist and Full-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the State Correctional Institution (SCI) Rockview. SCI Rockview is conveniently located in Bellefonte, PA. Its part of the State College Region with lots of culture and history. Recently noted as one of the safest places to live in Pennsylvania
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide comprehensive on site psychiatric services to an adult male inmate/patient population at the State Correctional Institution Rockview; Medication Management & Initial Evaluations; Coordinate care closely with custody staff while maintaining a positive, collaborative relationship; Participate in a shared, regionalized on call system - primarily telephonic.
FULL TIME BENEFITS SUMMARY: (30 – 40 hours/week, possible 4-10 hour work week)

On-call only 1 week every two months
