- Opportunity to focus in Addiction or general psychiatry
- Practice psychiatry the way you were trained and the way it should be!
- Take your time with patients
- Inpatient Psychiatry in a lower volume, collaborative setting.
- Work with Residents and Fellows to your degree of interest
- Call 1:14 weeknights only - no call on weekends
- Interdisciplinary team approach
- All patients are complex with 2-3 diagnoses
- No stabilization
- Acuity is not as high
