- Desired Schedule: (M-F 8a-4p) Occasional week night call(rare)
- Reason for Coverage: (Perm Provider leaving)
Scope of Work:
- 8 patients per day, 30 beds, 5 total Docs in group, 1 APP, 1 psychologist) Inpatient, Adults only
- BLS
- License to prescribe buprenorphine preferred.
- Must have MI license at time of submission
