COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)
  • Base starting: $280K+ negotiable per. background
  • Relocation - $30,000+
  • Sign on bonus - 10% - 15% of base salary
  • Retention bonus 10% of annual salary after 2 years
  • Guaranteed Annual Base Increases
  • 401k with4% match and additional discretionary match
  • CME: $4,000 annually plus 5 days CME

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Psychiatry (PSY)
  • 7 on 7 off - Hospital based Consult Liaison team.
  • During the week: Monday-Friday 7am to 7pm
  • Weekends: 8am to 6pm
  • Average 3-5 new consults and 3-5 follow ups daily
