Work schedule

• 100 % Clinical position with a team-oriented personality
• Experience level: Fluid, prefer experience in addiction medicine and a nursing home practice is quite helpful
• Detail oriented & EMR friendly: We use Avatar/Netsmart / Auditing charts, documentation & Communication skills are very important
• The ideal physician candidate must be comfortable working with all clinicians and treatments. RCA utilizes all treatments, including Suboxone, Methadone, and Vivitrol. Candidates must be open-minded and positive regarding treatment for episodic use and ongoing medical treatment
• Physicians, Nurse practitioners & Physician assistant are eligible to treat patients.

Practice Schedule:

• F-time (40 hrs.) preferred but can be flexible (minimum 25 hrs. weekly)
• Phone call coverage is shared between physicians, NP’S & nurses (1-4)
• Physicians (psychiatry) are not required to admit new patients, on rare occasions they will come in to settle down a patient.

Inpatient/residential and various outpatient modalities

Family services, mental health treatment, and spiritual centers
