A new adult psychiatrist opportunity is now available in Indiana at an acute inpatient psychiatric facility. They are hiring an additional physician to support the growing patient census. You can enjoy an extremely flexible schedule where you can complete your daily tasks and go home for a great work-life balance. You can work optional weekends for extra pay, but this is not required. Psychiatrists who are familiar/comfortable with inpatient hospital settings are encouraged to apply. You have the support of two full-time psychiatric nurse practitioners who you round with, and they will complete all follow up progress notes which you then would attest to. Discharge summaries are also completed for you by nurse practitioners or medical assistants. You are responsible only for the initial psychiatric evaluations and biweekly interdisciplinary care. J1 and H-1B visa holders will be considered.
