A Barton Associates client in Virginia is looking for a psychiatrist who is able to provide locum tenens coverage for approximately six months beginning in mid-June with a high chance of extension. On a typical day, the locum tenens physician can expect to see one patient per day between the ages of eighteen and sixty-five for a variety of cases including mental retardation, substance abuse, behavioral health abuse, and locum will be seeing patients with psychotic episodes. The provider will work between four and six hours a week, days are flexible. This facility uses Paper Charting.
