**Psychiatry opening in Missouri - visa eligible** * Located in ***West Plains, MO*** - just 100 miles from Springfield! * Service area 50,000 people * Full-time, permanent opening * Employed position * Provide outpatient services to both children and adults' * Recruiting due to a retirement, as well as increased volume * Clinic is located across the street from the hospital * Clinic consists of on-site lab, on-site EKG, dedicated phone nurse, and 1 NP * Comprehensive ancillary services including: 30 case managers, Neuro Pschological testing, Psycho Therapy Services, 105 employees and a 22-bed Adult Inpatient Psych Unit * Currently 2 full-time & 1 part-time Psychiatrists, as well as 1 tele-Psych * Opportunity for Tele-Psych at outlying clinics * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5pm * Physicians have their own nurse * ***H1b and J1 visa candidates accepted!*** * Competitive, first-year guarantee based on MGMA standards * Second year consists of guarantee plus RVU production * Compensation is payer mix blind * $25,000 sign on bonus * $10,000 relocation reimbursement * Student loan support up to $100,000 * Up to $4,500 for CMEs and professional license fees, dues and journals * 40 Earned Tim Off (ETO) annually * Health, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability, AD&D * 403B matching up to 3% after one year * 457 plan Top Hat Plan max contribution of $18,000 per year ***West Plains, MO***, located in south central Missouri, is nestled within the Heart of the Ozarks, (near Springfield & Branson, MO).
