**Psychiatrist Opening Near Boston**

Full-Time, Permanent
Currently recruiting a Psychiatrist for Inpatient Adult Services. Hospital offers Inpatient adult, older adult (50+), and adolescent programs, as well as partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for adults and adolescents.
Our treatment programs include the capacity to manage co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders as well as sub-acute medical co-morbidities. Collaboration, compassion, and respect are the guiding principles of our multi-disciplinary teams approach to helping patients achieve recovery and mental
wellness.
Offering $375k base, plus productivity. 36 days paid time off
 Our excellent team of practitioners, clinicians, nurses and support staff provide quality care for adolescents, adults, and older adults in both inpatient and PHP levels of care. Because we have physicians onsite 24/7, there is no routine weeknight or weekend call requirement. The Medical Director position comes with a very competitive compensation package of salary and benefits, including paid time off, CME and malpractice reimbursement. There is an opportunity to earn additional reimbursement for seeing additional patients.

No call but if Physician partakes in call schedule it is paid extra on top of salary. Salary is a negotiated figure based on the candidate training, credentials, scope of work and past experiences.
