-Duration: Now open and on-going

-Location: 65 miles East of Pittsburgh

-Schedule: Monday-Thursday, one week per month

-Shift: 8:30a - 5p or 8a - 4:30p

-No nights or weekends

-Patient volume: 16-22 per day

>15-20 minutes for MedCheck/FU and 45-60 minutes for Initial Appointments

-Cancellation rate: 15%-18% (no-show extra time for paperwork)

>8 hour guarantee for hourly reimbursement (30 minute unpaid lunch)

-Scope: Adult Outpatient clinic, Typical cases- Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Thought Disorders, Adult ADHD/ADD, Co-Occurring Drug and Alcohol Disorders

-Health system: A Physician led, professionally managed health system with nearly 5,000 dedicated employees who serve more than a half-million patients each year, 545-bed flagship hospital and teaching hospital

-Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active Pennsylvania license, Pennsylvania DEA
