This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $200.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, along with comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program. Inpatient Psychiatrist

Required Skills:
- Active Texas Medical License with no sanctions
- Current DEA certification
- Proven experience in psychiatric assessment and treatment
- Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to adhering to facility policies and regulations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with dually diagnosed adult patients
- Prior experience in residential mental health settings
- Additional certifications in crisis intervention or related fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Prior inpatient psychiatric experience preferred
- Licensure and credentialing with hospital systems utilized by the facility
Other Requirements:
- Must be certified in CPR through an American Heart Association-approved course and maintain certification
- Availability to start immediately, with a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
- No travel required
