We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Consult Liaison Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide telehealth psychiatric care for patients of all ages in Wisconsin. This weekends-only role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for a provider interested in providing consult liaison services for a hospital with a daily census of 5-8 patients that is expected to increase over the coming year.
This Consult-Liaison Psychiatrist role is currently classified as a 1099 contractor position with a pay per patient model, but IPC is open to discussion of other contract models. Rates are currently set at $180 per initial consultation and $65 per follow-up.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide consult liaison services to support staff and ensure timely psychiatric interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory requirements.
- Apply a patient-centered approach to care, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Weekends and part-time only. 12-hour shifts are preferred, but scheduling is flexible.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Wisconsin preferred (not required).
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience with telepsychiatry and managing diverse, multi-age patient populations is highly preferred.
- Must be able to work remotely; candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. (Wisconsin licensure preferred).
Working Hours
- 12-hour shifts are preferred, but scheduling is flexible.
