Job description
Seeking a full-time BC/BE Psychiatrist for an outpatient role with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to adult and/or young adult patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of psychiatric conditions
- Manage medication management and follow-up care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient services
- Participate in team meetings and clinical discussions
- Educate patients and families as appropriate
- Support clinical documentation and complete administrative requirements
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications:
- Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry
- Valid medical license in the state of employment prior to start date
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills
