A large multi-specialty faculty practice group is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological care to patients across the full continuum of burn treatment and rehabilitation at a nationally verified burn center in Phoenix, Arizona.


Position Overview & Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments, therapy, and ongoing care for patients of all ages in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary burn care team, participating in daily rounds and treatment planning
  • Address post-traumatic, pain-related, and health psychology concerns, supporting recovery and patient-centered outcomes
  • Participate in the education of medical, nursing, and allied health students, as well as residents and trainees
  • Contribute to clinical research initiatives when applicable
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional practice standards
  • This is an academic setting with opportunities for participation in research


Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Arizona
  • Experience in medical or trauma-focused psychological care preferred
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
  • Clinical research experience is beneficial, but not required
