- Schedule: 1 Day per week (flexible, must be between Mon-Thurs)
- Shift: Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 16:30
- No Call
Clinical Details
- Avg. Daily Census: 14-16
- Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics
- Procedures: Only follow-ups for medication management (no intakes)
Requirements
- Board Certified
- State Licenses: Idaho required, IMLC accepted
- Willing to License: Yes
