Required Skills:
  • Valid Massachusetts medical license (MA licensure required)
  • Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Boarded in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry)
  • Proven experience in child and adolescent mental health assessment and treatment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored to working with youth and families
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training
  • Knowledge of latest psychiatric treatment protocols for youth
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
  • Prior experience in inpatient or outpatient settings

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Board certification in Psychiatry with specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
  • At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in pediatric psychiatry

Other Requirements:
  • Must hold MA state medical license
  • Completion of Child and Adolescent Boarded CPI training
  • Availability to work in clinical settings as scheduled
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with excellent benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), robust referral bonus programs, and paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws.
